Role OverviewYou will be responsible for bringing in new clients for Lantrn Marketing. Your job is to generate leads, book meetings, follow up consistently, explain our services clearly, and close deals. You will work directly with the CEO and marketing team to convert inbound & outbound leads into long-term clients.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreachBook qualified meetings with business ownersExplain Lantrn’s services clearly and confidentlyMaintain strong follow-up with all prospectsPrepare proposals, quotations, and service pitchesMaintain CRM with proper lead updates and notesWork closely with marketing team to understand service offeringsHit monthly targets for meetings, proposals, and closuresEnsure high professionalism during client communicationUnderstand client requirements and pass details to internal teamRequired SkillsExcellent communication and persuasion skillsStrong understanding of marketing services (training will be provided)Confidence during client calls & meetingsGood at building rapport and trustAbility to handle objections and negotiateStrong follow-up disciplineOrganized and target-drivenBasic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM toolsExperience1–3 years in sales, business development, or tele-callingExperience selling marketing services is a bonusSalary (Hyderabad Range)₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per monthIncentives per closure (High performers can earn ₹50,000–₹1,00,000/month)Performance Metrics (KPIs)Number of qualified meetings bookedFollow-up consistencyNumber of proposals sentMonthly closuresRevenue generatedCRM updates and accuracyHow to ApplyEmail your resume to: 📩 lokesh@lantrn.inSubject line: Application – Sales Executive – Your Name📞 Contact / WhatsApp: +91-7075410888
