This includes federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws Payroll processing also involves all statutory filings and paying employment taxes 3 . Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet etc) Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review 4 . Budget Management: Prior experience in preparation of budgets & monitoring variance with projections is a plus 5 . Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting practices 6 . Taxation: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns as per specified statutory timelines Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations 7 . Administrative Support: Maintain financial files and documentation in an organized manner Coordinate with other departments for financial information and support Perform other administrative tasks related to finance and accounting as needed What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
