Job Title: Senior Finance AccountantLocation: Pune, MaharashtraJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Provident Fund regulations, as well as hands-on experience in Indian accounting practices. This role requires a proactive individual willing to travel to government offices and CA offices when necessary.Key Responsibilitie- s:Handle GST filings, TDS computations and filings, Professional Tax, and Provident Fund complianc- e.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in line with Indian accounting standard- s.Liaise with government departments, auditors, and Chartered Accountants as require- d.Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirement- s.Assist in audits and prepare necessary financial report- s.Conduct regular reviews of financial systems and implement improvements.Required Skills and Qualificatio- ns:5+ years of experience in Finance and account- ingStrong knowledge of Indian tax laws including GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Provident Fu- nd.Proven hands-on experience in Indian accounting and bookkeepi- ng.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Exc- el.Ability to manage deadlines and work with minimal supervisi- on.Strong analytical skills and attention to deta- il.Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Marathi and Engli- sh.Location Requirement: Must be a resident of Pune, Maharashtra.Additional Requireme- nts:Willingness to travel locally to government offices and CA offices as needed.Why Joi- n Us?Opportunity to work in a collaborative and professional environ- ment.Gain exposure to a wide range of accounting and compliance activi- ties.Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
