Job Summary
:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Provident Fund regulations, as well as hands-on experience in Indian accounting practices. This role requires a proactive individual willing to travel to government offices and CA offices when necessary
.
Key Responsibilitie
s:Handle GST filings, TDS computations and filings, Professional Tax, and Provident Fund complianc
e.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in line with Indian accounting standard
s.Liaise with government departments, auditors, and Chartered Accountants as require
d.Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirement
s.Assist in audits and prepare necessary financial report
s.Conduct regular reviews of financial systems and implement improvement
s.
Required Skills and Qualificatio
ns:5+ years of experience in Finance and account
ingStrong knowledge of Indian tax laws including GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Provident Fu
nd.Proven hands-on experience in Indian accounting and bookkeepi
ng.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Exc
el.Ability to manage deadlines and work with minimal supervisi
on.Strong analytical skills and attention to deta
il.Language Requireme nt: Must be fluent in Marathi and Engli
sh.Location Requireme nt: Must be a resident of Pune, Maharasht
ra.
