The Human Resources Administrator will handle a variety of HR tasks, which include managing employee records, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The role demands effective communication with all levels of staff and the ability to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining legal compliance and adhering to company values.QualificationsComprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR managementProven expertise in Benefits Administration and working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure complianceStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsAbility to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismRelevant work experience in a similar role; prior experience in a startup or social impact organization is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExpectationsFull-time | On-site9 hours per dayHigh reliability, discipline, and attention to detail
