The Human Resources Administrator will handle a variety of HR tasks, which include managing employee records, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The role demands effective communication with all levels of staff and the ability to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining legal compliance and adhering to company values. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR management Proven expertise in Benefits Administration and working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Relevant work experience in a similar role; prior experience in a startup or social impact organization is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Expectations Full-time | On-site 9 hours per day High reliability, discipline, and attention to detail
