The Team

Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Your work profile:

As a Director in our T&T Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Experienced in S/4HANA rollout testing and extensive experience running high-performing test factories.
• Lead critical testing initiatives for large-scale S/4HANA implementations.
• Shape and optimize test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Manage and scale test factory operations, leveraging automation and innovation.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and advise top-tier clients.
• Have multi-year experience managing large-scale testing portfolios and/or programmes, especially complex #S4HANA rollouts, lead QA organisations,presales.
• Have demonstrably defined, driven, and successfully executed technology, engineering, or testing transformations (people, process, tools) delivering clear, measurable outcomes.
• Possess a strong #consulting mindset or bring valuable experience from a product-led organization.
• Have practical experience implementing and leveraging the latest industry trends, including #AI adoption.
• - Are people-centric leaders with a proven track record of developing talent and uplifting engineering standards.

• Deep expertise in S/4HANA testing across various modules and lifecycles.
• Demonstrable experience setting up, leading, and optimizing test factories.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• A commitment to driving innovation in testing

Location and way of working:

• Base location: Bangalore
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
