Role : AI-Enabled Digital Community Manager (Nursing Community)

We're looking for a dynamic and fresh-with-ideas Digital Community Manager who loves building online communities, understands social media inside-out, and enjoys experimenting with AI tools to make content creation faster, smarter, and more engaging.

Your mission?

To create an active, vibrant, and supportive community of nurses on Facebook & Instagram — a space where they can connect, share, learn, and feel inspired.

What you'll do

  • Design & execute a content calendar to keep our nurse community buzzing
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to brainstorm, write, and design engaging posts, reels, polls, and stories
  • Interact with community members - reply to comments, DMs, and foster meaningful conversations
  • Come up with creative campaigns & challenges to drive engagement and growth
  • Track community health metrics (growth, engagement, retention) and suggest improvements

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Love spending time on Instagram & Facebook (you get how these platforms work)
  • Are curious about AI and enjoy using it to make work more creative & efficient
  • Have a flair for content, copywriting, and digital storytelling
  • Are self-driven, proactive, and excited about building something from scratch
  • Bonus: You have experience in community building or social media management
