As a Vibe Coder at Ergode, you will combine AI-assisted workflows with traditional coding to deliver production-ready applications. You will also build and deploy AI-powered tools and automation frameworks that enhance processes and unlock new capabilities across multiple teams.

Collaborate with AI coding assistants (e.g., Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools, applications, and automation frameworks that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create cross-team capabilities across Product, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Customer Experience.

Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, performance, and security standards.

Stay updated on emerging AI tools, model updates, and vibe coding best practices.

2–5 years of software development experience, including 6–12 months in AI-assisted coding workflows.

~ Strong foundation in at least one backend language (Python, , Java) and one frontend framework (React, , Angular).

~ Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, etc.).

~ Experience in building AI-powered tools or solutions for cross-team use cases.

~ Exposure to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

~ Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
