About the Role
  • You will design and develop AI-powered tools, applications, and automation frameworks that enhance processes and unlock new capabilities across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with AI coding assistants to build, refactor, and debug applications.
  2. Design and refine prompts for optimal AI-generated code output.
  3. Integrate AI-generated components with existing codebases while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  4. Develop and deploy AI-driven tools, applications, and automation frameworks that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create cross-team capabilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of software development experience, including 6-12 months in AI-assisted coding workflows.
  • A strong foundation in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Java) and one frontend framework (React, Vue.js, Angular).
