We are officially based out of Boston, Massachusetts, and Bangalore, India. However, we are all working from home, and we are building a truly remote team unconstrained by city, country, or work timings. You shall also be working from wherever you are for the foreseeable future.
Role Overview
At OneScreen.ai, we aim to transform the out-of-home advertising industry by building an efficient market network. We’re proud to set the standard for success in the industry. To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking an experienced senior manager to join our highly skilled team. Please note that prior experience in OOH media planning is a prerequisite for this role.
As an ideal candidate, you should have proven experience in a highly dynamic setting. Your organisational, communication, and hustle skills are second to none, and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries. You’ll work closely with the Director of Media Planning to strategise and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success at OneScreen. You’ll be responsible for executing end-to-end projects within the timeline.
To be successful as a Senior Manager-OOH Media Planner, you should demonstrate solid execution and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, and have a commitment to productivity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with clients, sales, and account team members to understand the client's business objectives and OOH advertising strategy
- Develop OOH Campaign plans that help the client achieve their objectives.
- Be an expert user of OneScreen.ai planning product and interact with the Product & Engineering team to give product improvement feedback and new feature requests.
- Work on several campaigns simultaneously, often for several different clients
- Effectively communicate with the creative agency team, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns.
- Execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns.
- Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources
- Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media habits
- Present proposals, including cost schedules, to clients on time
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with OOH media suppliers
Qualifications:
- Ability to work and prioritise tasks and deliverables under deadline pressure from multiple sources (internal and external)
- 4-7 years (for Senior Manager) experience as a media planner for OOH with a variety of industry verticals (education, CPG, healthcare, etc.)
- Broad knowledge of online and offline media channels
- Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
- Critical thinking for application toward client strategy and accompanying presentation materials
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Telmar, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to work with web platforms and spreadsheets for the collection and management of information
- Deeply analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math.
- Should be able to work EST hours.
