Out-of-Hours (OOH) Job Responsibilities:

  • Filling shifts during out-of-hours periods.
  • Responding to candidate and client enquiries outside of business hours.
  • Managing new agency booking requests received during OOH.
  • Uploading shifts to the CRM, whether received from RCs or clients via email or portals (e.g. e-tips).
  • Chasing candidates for shift availability, including cross-checking client-provided spreadsheets.
  • Reviewing the client Rota (received weekly) and ensuring all shifts in the CRM match the Rota; amending where necessary.
  • Managing late logins and cancellations that occur during OOH.
  • Uploading new candidate enquiries to the CRM and contacting them for an up-to-date CV.
  • Completing the client compliance checklist for new candidates.
  • Providing support to the compliance team as needed, particularly with new candidate registrations.
  • Chasing compliance documents from working candidates over the weekend (those who are unresponsive during business hours).
  • Continuously monitoring client portals and emails throughout the day.
  • Chasing missing timesheets as required.
  • Keeping all client trackers updated with real-time information.
  • Maintaining and updating the OOH handover sheet in real time.
