Vertiver’s multi-disciplinary team brings expertise in communications, policy research, behavior change strategy, clean technology, and environmental finance, creating impactful science-based toolkits and platforms, and media resources to engage diverse stakeholders.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, for a Project Associate in Nature Communications and Implementation. The individual will support project delivery by supporting secondary research, coordinating field visits for data collection and documentation, managing project timelines, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams working across design, communications and field researchers. Responsibilities include writing reports, end-to-end communication production, assisting in advocacy initiatives, translating data and science into easy to understand communications content (through coordination with writing team), accompanying field teams to interview champions and engaging stakeholders in capacity-building activities and workshops. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure the success of environmental and sustainability projects.QualificationsPast Experience in working on sustainability-led projects preferably with a focus on agriculture/climate/forestry/biodivserityEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders and create impactful communication materials.Proficiency in project management, including planning, organizing, and tracking project processes and deliverables.Experience in conducting training and facilitating workshops or capacity-building sessions.Qualitative research skills to support project designProactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Communication, or related fields is preferred.Location: New Delhi (will include field travel)Organisation: Vertiver Pvt.
