**Project Execution & Monitoring**
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for infrastructure projects (Salem, Oragadam, CFCs, etc.)
- Assist the PMC team in reviewing site progress reports, BOQs, DPRs, and master plans
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants for milestone-based execution
- Monitor on-ground issues and escalate risks to the Project Manager

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and maintain DPRs, MoMs, concept notes, PPTs, government communication drafts, and proposals
- Support in submission of proposals under SITP, MSE-CDP, TN Industrial Policy, and CSR initiatives
- Assist in compilation of audit reports, EC/CTE documentation, green clearances, and utility designs

**Stakeholder Management**
- Act as liaison between departments (TWAD, TNEB, SIPCOT, SIDCO, Revenue, DTCP, TNPCB)
- Engage with industry associations like TEAMA, DAT, KTMEA, etc., and collect unit-level data
- Facilitate client briefings, investor meetings, institutional partnerships (INJEX model)

**Reporting & Communication**
- Prepare project dashboards, status trackers, compliance matrices, and presentation materials
- Regularly update management on project health indicators and funding requirement timelines
- Draft and send formal communication letters, reminders, and follow-ups on action items

**Research & Knowledge Projects (INJEX)**
- Coordinate with colleges, deans, and industry experts for session planning and impact reports
- Prepare content, feedback formats, and training assessment tools
- Monitor outcome-based skill engagement programs and success stories

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent **project coordination and follow-up** ability
- Strong documentation and formal communication skills in **English and Tamil**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs**:

- Exposure to **government-funded schemes (MSME, SITP, State Industrial Policy)**:

- Willingness to travel to **project sites regularly**:

- Detail-oriented, proactive, deadline-driven

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in **Engineering / Management / Architecture / Planning / Public Policy / Social Work**:

- Minimum **3-6 years** of experience in infrastructure project coordination, cluster development, consulting, or government liaison roles
- Experience with **PMC firms, EPC contractors, cluster SPVs, or CSR-funded projects** is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
