Job Description Responsibilities - Assist with Work in Progress entries - Prepare weekly and monthly statements for executives and available to answer any management inquiries or calls - Review, audit, and reconcile data entry and bring it to Management’s attention - Provide support to Management with projects and information requests as needed - Ensure the confidentiality and security of all reports and documents - Identify and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and cost reductions. - Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for entry - Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output - Research and obtain further information for incomplete data fields - Track project deliverables and due dates

Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred, should at least have a Diploma in Civil - 2+ years construction experience - Proficient knowledge on computers, including complete suite of Microsoft office products - Experience in accounting software like Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho Books is a plus - Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and self-motivated with a growth mindset - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to meet deadlines - Good verbal and written communication skills, thorough documentation skills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
