Should be involved in Project Plan Preparation for upgrade and gave a demo to the business regarding the new feature.9. Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.10. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
