Should be involved in Project Plan Preparation for upgrade and gave a demo to the business regarding the new feature. 9. Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements. 10. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
