Job Description:EXP: 5 to 14 Years.Location: Kolkata & Ahmedabad.Must Have: least five years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance management and goal management and holding valid PMGM certificate etc.Should have good knowledge in configuring Goal Management and Performance Management (PMGM) templates as per the requirements.Should be good in designing templates for performance and goals management with approved workflow and questionnaires. Should be good in creating route maps and its associating them with the performance templates. Should have working experience in Form template settings and XML changes to form settings in SuccessFactors.Should have working experience on configuring of performance rating scales, goals, route map setup, Calibration, CPM. and creation of Role specific and core competencies. Should have working experience on goal plan set up: Including Goal plan ID, adding and deleting goals, manually adding goals, setting maximum and minimum goals, Goal weights. Should be good in ad hoc reporting and Integration between GM with PM templates and other modules of eco-system.Good To Have:Good to have exposure in other SuccessFactors modules like, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0 and SAP HCM.
