Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Thermal Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The role will involve the design, analysis, and optimization of thermal systems in AWG technologies, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, heat transfer processes, and thermodynamic performance.

Key Responsibilities Design and optimize heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and thermal management systems for AWG machines.

Perform thermodynamic and heat transfer analysis for system efficiency improvement.

Conduct experimental testing, data analysis, and performance evaluation of prototypes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and material engineers to integrate thermal solutions into product designs.

 Investigate and implement innovative thermal management techniques to enhance system performance. 

Requirements Minimum Education: M.Tech in Thermal Engineering / General Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed institute.

Mandatory: GATE Qualified (Valid score preferred).

Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.

Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and instrumentation for thermal systems is desirable.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to think critically and troubleshoot challenges effectively.

Compensation & Benefits ● Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience). ● Medical benefits as per company policy. ● Allowances for travel, accommodation, and food during client/site visits. ● Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing water technology company.
