Role Overview:
We are looking for a field-oriented, energetic Sales Executive to join our team and focus on generating leads and building new corporate accounts for our event management business. Your main responsibility will be to visit corporate offices, connect with HR/Admin/Procurement teams, and identify potential clients for our corporate events, MICE, employee engagement, and brand activations.
This is not a desk job – the role involves on-ground outreach, field visits, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
> Visit commercial areas, corporate hubs, and industrial zones to identify potential clients.
> Meet with HR/Admin/CSR/Marketing decision-makers to introduce our services.
> Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate accounts.
> Collect contact details and event requirements.
> Submit daily visit reports and lead data to the sales supervisor.
> Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
> Work on field marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility (if required).
Requirements:
> 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales (preferably in events, marketing, media, or hospitality).
> Strong networking and communication skills.
> Willingness to travel across the city daily.
> Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
> Fluent in English and Hindi.
> Knowledge of using Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting.
Additional Details:
Work Days: 5 Days a Week (Field Visits + Office Reporting)
Timings: 10 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible for field situations)
Incentives: Pre-Sales Target - 2% on every sale, Post-Target - upto 15%. Based on number of leads closed/events done.
Salary: 30,000 - 65,000
