The candidate will play a key role in Anaplan model design and implementation, optimizing planning processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective planning solutions.This opportunity offers extensive exposure to the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Connected Planning ecosystem, along with excellent professional growth potential.Location : PAN IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesSolution Architect: Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models aligned with business requirements and best practices.Data Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate multiple data sources and ensure seamless data flow between systems.Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into scalable multidimensional models.Testing & Validation: Lead testing activities, perform model validations, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.Training & Documentation: Create user guides, deliver end-user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and efficiency enhancement within Anaplan models.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients, providing technical and functional expertise in planning solutions.Key Skills & ExperienceEnd-to-end Anaplan implementation experience across FP&A and Supply Chain Planning use casesExpertise in Data Hub setup, model architecture, and process automationStrong in workspace management, model performance optimization, and data flow managementHands-on experience integrating Anaplan with ETL tools, CloudWorks, APIs, or other enterprise systemsAbility to design intuitive and dynamic UX dashboards tailored to business use casesIn-depth understanding of Anaplan best practices, DISCO methodology, and Connected Planning principlesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business logic into model structuresQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field (CA/MBA Finance preferred)Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Anaplan Solution Architecture experience, with at least 2 end-to-end implementationsCertification: Anaplan Level 3, Solution Architect certification requiredTechnical Skills: Proficient in Anaplan; working knowledge of Excel, data integration tools, or ETL processes is a plusSoft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skillsExcel Skills: Proficient in spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, and chartsPreferred SkillsStrong client-facing and presentation abilitiesOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologiesExposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
