Who We're Looking For
  • Proven student recruitment results and strong industry credibility.
  • A compelling online presence or influential network in the education space.
  • A big vision for how tech can transform recruitment.

Your Role in the Campaign
  • Collaborate with a dedicated BetterOS engineer to design, customise, and launch your recruitment platform.
  • Share weekly behind-the-scenes videos, stories, and posts on /Instagram.
  • Rally your network to vote, comment, and share progress.
  • Present your platform live at ICEF Berlin to an audience of industry leaders, VCs, and education influencers.

  • 15–21 Aug: Nominations & applications open.
  • 22 Aug: Official team pairings revealed.
  • 23 Aug – 1 Oct: The Build-Off (5 weeks of creation & public updates).
  • 4 Oct: Grand unveiling & final showdown
