As part of our digital transformation initiative, we are implementing SAP HANA Grow Public Cloud to unify operations, enable real-time analytics, and integrate all business processes across the enterprise.We are seeking a seasoned SAP/ERP Project Management Professional with deep expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation, administration, and optimization. This is a strategic leadership role critical to the success of our steel plant operations. 🏗 Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP/ERP implementation and operations for the integrated steel plant project.Manage SAP Project lifecycle — from planning, design, implementation, and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.Oversee SAP HANA database administration — installation, configuration, performance tuning, security, backup, and recovery.Design and implement data models (attribute, analytic, and calculation views) to support advanced analytics and decision-making.Handle data provisioning from SAP ECC, Oracle, and other systems using SLT, BODS, and SDI.Ensure integration with BI and analytics platforms (SAP Analytics Cloud, BusinessObjects, third-party tools).Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable SAP HANA Cloud deployments.Act as a solution architect, ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable SAP landscape.Collaborate with business and functional teams (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, etc.) to ensure alignment with steel industry processes.Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams for project delivery and optimization.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP operations. 👤 Candidate ProfileQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10–12 years of professional experience in SAP HANA / ERP implementations and project management.Proven track record of full-cycle SAP/ERP implementations — from blueprint to go-live.Hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud-based SAP deployments.SAP certifications in HANA Application Development, Technology, or BW on HANA preferred.Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage. 📍 Job LocationNagpur, Maharashtra (with regular presence required at MIDC Bhadrawati project site). 📩 Apply NowJob Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAPInterested candidates may send their resumes to: 📧 sanjay.pandey@greta.in & career.steel@greta.in
