The ideal candidate will possess strong client-handling expertise, deep GDS knowledge, and manage domestic and international flight bookings, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused service delivery.Key Responsibilities:·      Handle end-to-end flight reservations, issuing tickets, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.·      Coordinate directly with individual clients to manage travel bookings and itinerary changes.·      Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for accurate ticketing and fare searches.·      Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and promotional fares.·      Deliver high-quality customer service via phone calls, emails, and chat support.·      Manage travel documentation, including invoices, receipts, and confirmations.·      Ensure bookings comply with company standards and maintain record accuracy for reporting.Candidate Requirements:·      Minimum 3 years’ experience in ticketing operations.·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.·      Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and standard office tools.·      Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).·      Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.·      Graduated in any discipline.·      A certification or diploma in travel and tourism will be an added advantage.
