About the Role As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their treatment journey. You’ll manage client engagement, resolve concerns, and support retention and satisfaction goals. Responsibilities Welcome clients and ensure a warm, professional first impression Guide clients through consultation, treatment plans, and post-care protocols Maintain detailed client records and follow-up schedules Handle queries, feedback, and service recovery with empathy and efficiency Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists to ensure timely service delivery Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies Support clinic-level marketing initiatives and referral programs Upsell relevant treatments and products based on client needs Ensure compliance with service protocols and data confidentiality Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or healthcare management 2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or beauty sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and appointment management systems Fluency in English and local language Preferred Skills Experience in dermatology or aesthetic clinic setups Ability to manage high-touch client interactions with discretion Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Sales orientation with empathy-driven service approach What we offer Competitive compensation and performance incentives Training from industry experts and dermatologists Growth opportunities within a reputed clinical brand Supportive team culture and modern clinic infrastructure Reports To: Clinic Manager / Dermatologist Work Location: Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Main Road Bengaluru.
