Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Manage acute and chronic illnesses in children while ensuring adherence to international clinical guidelines. Conduct routine examinations, vaccinations, and developmental assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and preventive care. Participate in on-call rotations as required. Qualifications & Requirements MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics (or equivalent recognized qualification). 4–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience in pediatrics. Valid medical license; eligibility or willingness to obtain necessary Caribbean medical licenses. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in diverse cultural settings.
