We implement leading technologies and continuous improvement programs, which have established Almatis products as the benchmark for quality and consistency.For our Commercial team in Falta, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Regional Account Manager.About Job:Support business development in assigned region (new markets, applications, channels)Assist in identifying strategic projects and partnerships along the value chainSuggest commercial growth opportunities to supervisorHelp implement corporate business development strategiesMaintain and support customer relationships across key accountsCollaborate with agents, distributors, and internal teamsAssist in preparing accurate reports and forecastsContribute to market intelligence and CRM data collectionSupport marketing activities (events, promotions, exhibitions)Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfactionWork closely with RAMs, CSRs, and Application Managers to support growthAbout you:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from reputed institute with MBA/PGDM in marketing/sales management4-6 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in EnglishWillingness to travelTeam-oriented and proactive mindset
