Sales and Business Development Officer

1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and acquire new clients for Security & Integrated Facility Management services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to clients.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue growth as per business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their evolving security and facility management needs.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing strategies.
- Identify and develop strategic alliances with corporate clients, real estate firms, hospitals, malls, and industrial sectors.
- Utilize CRM tools and maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
- Prepare competitive commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service deliverables with clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
- Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Provide timely market intelligence and competitor analysis reports to management.
- Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
