Job Description
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Identify and acquire new clients for Security & Integrated Facility Management services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue growth as per business objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback to maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their evolving security and facility management needs.
3. Lead Generation & Market Penetration
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Identify and develop strategic alliances with corporate clients, real estate firms, hospitals, malls, and industrial sectors.
  • Utilize CRM tools and maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
4. Proposal & Contract Management
  • Prepare competitive commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract agreements.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service deliverables with clients.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
5. Reporting & Analysis
  • Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
  • Provide timely market intelligence and competitor analysis reports to management.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
