Target Market: Our products and services cater to a wide range of businesses, including: Retail Stores (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Garment Stores) Restaurants & Hospitality Supply Chain & Distribution Networks With technology shifts, e-commerce growth, digital payments, and evolving consumer expectations, the market is vast, and your earning potential is directly linked to your efforts.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate 6-8 quality leads daily and schedule 3+ demos per day Campaign Execution: Run at least one targeted campaign daily to engage new leads Customer Engagement: Meet existing customers & secure at least one referral per customer daily Partnership Development: Identify and onboard 2+ potential partners daily (hardware vendors, web designers, etc.) Sales Funnel Optimization: Improve lead-to-demo, demo-to-conversion, and revenue generation ratios consistently Product Demonstration: Ensure every prospect experiences the product, improving engagement levels monthly CRM Utilization: Maintain 100% data accuracy in CRM tools for seamless lead tracking Ideal Candidate Profile Results-Driven: You thrive in sales and aim to exceed targets & earn incentives Self-Starter: You take ownership and solve challenges independently Strong Communicator: You create exceptional first impressions and customize your approach for each customer Quality-Oriented: You ensure excellent customer interactions and continuously improve engagement strategies Resilient & Motivated: You handle rejections gracefully and remain focused on goals Team Player: You actively collaborate, share insights, and contribute to collective success Growth Mindset: You embrace learning, take feedback positively, and refine your approach Why Join Us?
