Junior Operations Executive – BathStoryLocation: BangaloreExperience: 1–2 yearsFunction: OperationsReporting to: Operations Manager (Murtaza)Salary- 3.6 lac to 5 lac p.aAbout the RoleBathStory is India’s fastest-growing shower enclosure brand, delivering end-to-end solutions across Bangalore and Hyderabad. As we scale, we are looking for a Junior Operations Executive who will support day-to-day order execution, coordination, site supervision, and ensure smooth operations across both cities.This role is hands-on, customer-focused, and requires strong coordination between customers, the design team, installation teams, and the operations manager. You will play a key role in helping us deliver a seamless experience to customers and ensuring timely completion of orders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operations for Bangalore & Hyderabad orders under the guidance of the Operations ManagerTrack orders from site-visit to installation to closure, ensuring timely executionLiaise with installation teams, maintain daily schedules, and resolve on-ground issues proactivelyConduct site checks, measurements (if required), and ensure readiness before installationManage customer communication professionally and address escalations with empathyWork closely with the design and planning teams to ensure clarity on specifications, drawings, and materialsMonitor glass and hardware readiness with vendors and warehouse teamMaintain operations data in Zoho CRM / ERP modulesEnsure adherence to BathStory’s SOPs, quality standards, and timelinesReport daily progress, operational bottlenecks, and improvement ideasAssist in vendor management and follow up on deliveries, material availability, and logisticsMust-Have Requirements1–2 years of work experience in operations, interiors, construction, or project executionPrior experience as a site supervisor or in an interiors / construction environmentStrong people management and coordination skillsComfortable working on-ground, visiting customer sites, and handling installation teamsAbility to anticipate problems, be proactive, and resolve issues in real-timeGood communication skills (English, Hindi; Kannada preferred)Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and installation readiness (preferred)Comfortable using tech tools (WhatsApp, Zoho, Google Sheets, CRM systems)Who You AreSomeone who enjoys operational work and thrives in fast-paced environmentsDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughEmpathetic with customers but firm with teamsHighly dependable with a bias for actionA team player who brings discipline and clarity to operationsWhy Join BathStoryWork with India’s fastest-growing bathroom brandBe part of a high-ownership operations cultureExposure to both Bangalore and Hyderabad marketsFast growth opportunities as we scale to multiple citiesLearn end-to-end ops for a high-value D2C product category
