Requirements: Previous relevant experience in vendor engagement is essential

The role

ummary

Vendor Engagement Associate plays a vital role, liaising between various Subsidiary Sales Teams, Finance Team, Leader and the Management. GMI Team manage and take the necessary action in regards Software Assurance Training and Deployment planning Voucher redemption, Cloud Compute Operations(FastTrack, Solution Assessment, M365 Accelerator, AWS and AMP funding), VLSC management and Visual Studio Portal. which further help SoftwareONE subs to maximize the revenue, profitability and to be compliant as per vendors(AWS and MS) guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities

Create and assign Vouchers on VLSC Portal and create invoice on NAV Excellent Excel and Adavance excel skills Validate software assurance vouchers and delivery documents as per Microsoft guidelines Reserve, redeem voucher and upload invoices on MS portal Register FastTrack and M365 Accelerator lead on Microsoft Portal Validate & submit AWS and Azure Migration program funding request, raise invoice and submit to vendor Track incentives and raise dispute when needed Manage customer account on VLSC portal Prepare report 

Education & Languages: Graduate(BCA, B-Tech)

English (fluent in writing and speaking)

Willing to work in flexible working hours

Skills: Strong social and personal competence

Ability and willingness to work on detail

Team player, flexible in the working hours

Well organized, time management, manage multiple priorities, problem solving

Experience: 2-8 years' in technical document validation, Microsoft Software Assurance Benefits, VLSC Management, FastTrack registration, Cloud Compute Funding Operations and experience in finance

A career break of at least 6months and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce.

Prior experience and specialization in a relevant field.

The ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and tools.

Proactive motivation and a strong work ethic.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
