Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions, including collaboration, communication, and productivity tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Technology Transformation, and Power Platform Partner with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements Provide technical expertise and guidance on modern workplace technologies and best practices Develop and implement a strategic plan for the practice area that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including overseeing project management, resource allocation, and budgeting. Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure the success of the practice, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources. Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Lead a team of professionals, including hiring, training, and development, performance management, and mentoring. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of the practice. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the practice stays competitive and innovative. Participate in business development activities, including sales pitches, proposal writing, and client presentations.Requirements:
17+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals. Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Technology Transformation, and Power Platform Experience in developing and delivering training and adoption programs to help employees successfully adopt and integrate modern workplace technologies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals. Experience in project management, resource allocation, and budgeting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the practice area. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.-
