The ideal candidate is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of strong hands-on experience across accounting, taxation, banking, and multi-entity financial operations.🔍 Key Requirements✔ Qualified CA✔ 6+ years of experience in:• Day-to-day accounting & taxation• Multi-country & multi-entity account consolidation• India & international banking operations✔ Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, audits & reporting✔ Proven experience managing end-to-end finance operations🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Controlling & ComplianceOversee end-to-end financial controlling for multiple group entitiesEnsure statutory compliance, proper record keeping, and risk-free tax positions (Direct & Indirect Taxes)Drive timely monthly book closures, finalization of accounts & audit completion (Statutory, Tax, Internal)Banking, Cash Flow & FundingManage India & international banking operationsEnsure adequate liquidity for all entities with proactive cash-flow planningArrange working capital financing, asset financing & non-fund-based limits (Bank Guarantees, etc.)Maintain strong banking relationships across entitiesAccounts Payable & Operational FinanceManage AP function including purchase accounting, vendor payments & reconciliationForecast fund requirements and ensure timely vendor paymentsUpgrade finance processes to support organizational growthBudgeting, Forecasting & MISPrepare annual OPEX budgets and ensure strict budgetary controlsConduct variance analysis & trend analysisDeliver monthly OPEX forecasts within 5 days of month closePrepare MIS reports and analytical reports for CFO & leadershipApply Now: karan@hiresquad.in
