Responsibilities

: Managing all assigned Key Accounts independently in India executing identification of prospects as well as requirements in ongoing & new projects. Generating Inquiry / Tender (Proprietary/ Non- Proprietary) from both, Private & Public Sector customers, preparing & submitting Techno-Commercial Proposals/ Quote (Budgetary/ Firm), participating in the Techno-Commercial Negotiations and closing the order in favor of the company, thereby ensuring that the given budget for the year is achieved, both in Order Booking and Sales. Delivering technical sales support, resolving technical issues, ensuring that Vendor Approval at all major consultants and customers are obtained which shall help in participating in various projects in the region and outside the region Implementing territory growth strategies Acquiring new customers and retaining the existing customers and maintain day to day interaction. Business development of New / Existing APIs- India Business. Sending quotations, Specifications, Samples, negotiating for best terms, Pro-forma Invoice, finalize orders and getting timely payments/LC. Handling front end sales by maintaining a good relationship with existing clients & also doing cold calls for new customers. Study the Import data monthly & search new vendor to initiate the business. Providing regular updates to customers on order execution status, new product plans etc. Handling customer queries with respect to technical documents (COA, MSDS, Stability Data, GMP, Licenses, and OPDMF etc.) Meeting with existing/new customer and preparing the agenda, minutes of meetings, analysis. And the work done by getting the positive response. New Client Creation for existing products. Part of Sales and marketing team for India region, responsible for Individual. Responsible for all product sampling & their follow ups. Coordinating with various in-house departments such as Management, Logistics/Commercial for timely Supply of orders in hand. Follow up for Letter of Credit & arrange the amendment if required.

Required Qualification:- M.Sc/B.Pharm/BBA/MBA – Marketing
