We provide end-to-end guidance, including student counseling, university applications, documentation support, and visa assistance.We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive to support student admissions, manage inbound leads, assist in sales activities, and coordinate with sales interns also to consult the students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students, handling daily operations, and contributing to the growth of an education consultancy.💼 Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Operations Executive (Study Abroad). The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day study abroad operations and supporting the admissions process.Key Responsibilities:Handle student and parent inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channelsCounsel students on study abroad options and admission processesCoordinate with international universities and partners when requiredAssist students with application preparation, documentation, and timelinesManage inbound leads, follow-ups, and conversion trackingCoordinate with and support sales interns, including task allocation and follow-upsMaintain accurate student records, documents, and internal trackersEnsure adherence to internal processes, timelines, and quality standardsProvide operational and reporting support to improve the overall student experience🎓 Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English; fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plusBasic proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets / Excel, email, and messaging platformsHigh attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracyPreferred (Not Mandatory):Prior experience in education consultancy, admissions, sales, or customer supportBasic understanding of study abroad processes, visa requirements, or international education systemsExperience working in a remote or startup environmentSalary 10 -15k Fixed + Sales/ Performance Bonus
