Job Title: Marketing Manager – Retail

Location: Pune | Department: Marketing | Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Regional Manager

What You'll Do

  • Create Buzz-Worthy Campaigns:
  • Lead marketing initiatives to drive store footfall, boost visibility, and build lasting customer connections.
  • Own the Brand In-Store:
  • Partner with visual merchandising and retail ops to create immersive brand experiences across every location.
  • Omnichannel Marketing:
  • Align store campaigns with digital marketing for a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) journey.
  • Hyperlocal Marketing:
  • Tailor strategies for each retail store based on city trends, festivals, customer behavior, and local partnerships.
  • Customer Engagement & Loyalty:
  • Launch VIP shopping events, and community-driven activations that delight customers and keep them coming back.
  • Data + Creativity = :
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns while keeping the brand tone fresh, stylish, and relatable.
  • ROI-Driven Execution:
  • Maximize budget effectiveness — Analyze budgets, performance data, and other data to identify areas of improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in retail marketing(Marketing) — bonus if it's in jewellery, fashion, or Luxury lifestyle brands
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven expertise in both BTL (in-store, local events, activations) and digital-first retail marketing
  • Creative thinker with a strong brand sense and understanding of customer journeys
  • High ownership, strong communication, and an experimental mindset
