Job Description

The candidate will manage all site-level administrative duties including attendance tracking, travel logistics, and accommodation arrangements. He will maintain and organize documentation such as daily reports, training records, EHS documents, and subcontractor files. He will be coordinating for entry permissions, ID issuance, and onboarding formalities for site workers and contractors, support expense claim processing and maintain cost tracking logs for petty cash and consumables. He will be acting as liaison between project site and corporate HR, procurement, and finance departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinated daily installation and erection of 4MW wind turbines across a project, maintaining progress within schedule by closely aligning subcontractors and crane operations.
  • Prepared daily reports, punch lists, and manpower records using MS Excel and field tools.
  • Worked with QA/QC team to ensure civil and mechanical works met SANY standards.
  • Administrative operations for a 40+ person wind power construction area, ensuring 100% compliance with company and government entry protocols.
  • Coordinated daily travel, food, and lodging logistics for subcontractors and site visitors, reducing on-site delays.
  • Maintained up-to-date EHS training logs and documentation, supporting ISO and internal safety audits.
  • Processed reimbursements and vendor bills.
  • Assisted Site Manager with the preparation and distribution of daily construction reports and labor records.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
  • Ability & Skill: Good coordination and communication skills. Must be able to work independently and should be willing to do field visits. Should be able to handle pressure situations.
  • Language: English, Hindi, Regional/Minor.
