Key Responsibilities- Technical Competence: Possess extensive knowledge in aluminium window glazing, ACP, spider fittings, unitized semi-unitized systems, etc.
- Autocad Drawing Skills: Proficient in reading and fixing autocad drawings for execution purposes.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a good eye for details and quality, ensuring that all work meets high standards.
- Project Execution: Execute projects as per plans provided by project managers with regular reports and updates.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, promoting effective collaboration.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks for minor details, testing for structural loads, wind, water, and air pressures to ensure optimal results.
- Milestone Implementation: Implement projects as per scheduled milestones and coordinate with project managers regarding defects in quality and delays, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manpower Management: Handle manpower effectively, including preparing Bill of Quantities, checking labour bills, and conducting surveys to optimize resource allocation.
- Cordination: Coordinate with internal and external project managers on-site, fostering open communication and seamless project delivery.
