We are looking for Reporting and Analytics Lead to join our growing team of data analytics experts and manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. The Lead will work closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Content, IT/Tech and Data Science to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow. The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units.

Reporting and Analytics lead will be responsible to build/standardize/enhance BI solutions and business analytics and will lead a team of 8-10 analysts (FTEs and FTCs included). The person will collaborate and partner with various stakeholders to collectively deliver on the problem statement through optimum, standardized and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work closely with cross functional teams like Subscriber Marketing, Content, IT/Tech, Data Science, and Product team to identify & solve key business problems. Key responsibilities for this position are listed below:

  • Transform business processes by working across teams and functions to extract insights.
  • Manage reporting requirements collection; construct the conceptual model and design data flow processes
  • Strong technical skills and business acumen to help turn data into actionable insights
  • Implementing solutions for optimizing and automating existing reporting leveraging tools like Tableau / Power BI, Python, SQL etc.
  • Experience with design and implementation of ETL / Streaming processes
  • Expert level ability to develop visualization story using advanced BI tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in business analytics / engineering or any other quant discipline with 12+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau (expert)
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, AWS, Snowflake, Python
  • Should have developed automated suite of reports and instrumental in driving automation and consolidation of business reports/dashboards
  • Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
