We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead design initiatives for a core AI-first B2B SaaS product focused on the US market. This is a full-time, remote role offering high ownership and the opportunity to shape intelligent, intuitive product experiences from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for our AI-first SaaS product
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to build intuitive, business-impacting user experiences
  • Conduct user research, synthesise insights, and translate them into meaningful design outcomes
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI assets for core product features
  • Establish and evolve a design system that supports consistency and scalability
  • Continuously iterate based on feedback, data, and usability testing
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful design solutions and strong execution
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS products is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with designing complex workflows or enterprise tools
  • Bonus: Experience in HR Tech or designing AI-enabled interfaces
  • Strong UX and interaction design skills backed by a clear understanding of user psychology and behaviour
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely and driving initiatives independently
  • Experience contributing to products with moderate to high adoption at scale
Location & Timezone:
  • This is a fully remote role
  • Must be available to work during US time zones (6 PM – 2 AM IST) at least 3 days a week
