Senior Content Strategist

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals.
  • Lead a team of creative writers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of words and visuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop engaging content experiences.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute large-scale campaigns, from digital and social media to TVCs, print, and beyond.
  • Write across various formats, including ads, scripts, social media, and long-form content, switching effortlessly between Hindi and English.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and creative resources efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Creative Skills: Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively.
