Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate, finance-savvy Investment Sales Specialist who's eager to kick-start their career in the alternative investments space. You'll work closely with our growth and capital teams to onboard investors, explain our offerings, and guide them through the investment process. No prior work experience? That's okay—as long as you're willing to learn, have great communication skills, and love talking finance.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with potential investors via calls, emails, and chats
  • Understand and communicate our investment opportunities with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts
  • Build trust and relationships with early-stage retail investors

What We're Looking For:

  • A background in finance, commerce, economics, or related fields (Bachelor's degree or pursuing final year)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confidence in explaining financial concepts in a simple way
  • A learning mindset with high accountability
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Bonus: You've dabbled in stock markets, crypto, or alts
