·        Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, or ICAEW (UK qualification preferred)

·        8–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including leadership and operational oversight

·        Demonstrated ability to lead departments or service lines with full P&L accountability

·        Expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and team building

·        Experience managing Indian and/or UK-based clients is highly desirable

·        Excellent communication, client servicing, and stakeholder management skills

·        Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive growth

·        Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to execute and scale

·        Lead and drive the full operations of a specific department/vertical within the firm

·        Manage team performance, client satisfaction, profitability, and quality of deliverables

Identify growth opportunities and innovate service delivery models

·        Oversee all end-to-end processes including strategic planning, execution, and monitoring

·        Serve as the entrepreneurial leader of the department, with ownership of outcomes

·        Provide mentorship to team members and support their professional development

·        Regularly assess market opportunities and initiate client acquisition strategies

·        Prepare the department for long-term expansion into the UK, supporting global service delivery

·        Contribute to leadership discussions, quarterly reviews, and firm-wide growth plans

·        Entrepreneurial opportunity with leadership autonomy over a vertical/department

·        Confirmed salary along with a percentage of profit earned by the department
