About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and well-connected HR & Placement Coordinator to join our team at Brandcrew Aviation Academy. You'll play a crucial role in placing our aviation students in top airlines and managing HR activities related to recruitment, training coordination, and campus drives.

What We're Looking For:


• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, placements, or career services


• Aviation industry background is a must (worked in an aviation company, training institute, airline HR, etc.)


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Hands-on experience with placement coordination, interview scheduling, and corporate tie-ups


• Familiarity with student-facing roles is a plus

Responsibilities:


• Coordinate student placement with top airline recruiters


• Build and maintain relationships with HR teams across the aviation sector


• Manage student CVs, job application support, and interview preparation


• Organize campus hiring events and recruitment drives


• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with job market needs
