The role is with a leading General Insurance Firm.Designation - AVP AgencyProduct Line - Motor / Non MotorWork Days - 5Reporting - DVP AgencyLocation - AhmedabadAbout the RoleWork closely with middle management team of Partners for day-to-day business related activities like scheduling big day drives, RnR programmers, claims settlement tracking, policy cancellation refunds etc.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and nurture talents within the team and make them ready for career progressionResponsible for meeting Sales, Revenue and Product wise target of the designated state thereby ensuring profitable growthAccount management - Sales and Financial reconciliation, lesioning with PLM team for on time pay out settlement of partners head quartered in the designated stateExtensive travel across allocated geography, meeting partners and customers as per pre-approved travel planBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsIdentifying new partnership opportunities and passing leads to Business Development teamResolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely mannerRequired SkillsExtensive business, marketing and sales acumenAbility to motivate team to succeedAbility to set realistic goals and identify key target areas for growthConfidence, drive and enthusiasm to overachieveDecision-making ability and a sense of responsibilityPlanning and organizational skillsCommercial acumen
