The role demands strong market understanding, leadership in sales strategy execution, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients and insurance partners.Key Responsibilities (KRA)- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective corporate business development.- Drive customer acquisition and retention across target market segments.- Develop and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.- Conduct corporate market mapping and identify potential business opportunities.- Build and sustain strategic relationships with clients, insurers, and TPAs.- Represent the organization in corporate forums, industry events, and client meetings.- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to support business goals.- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ISMS standards.- Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting for the regional sales function.- Provide insights into market trends, competition, and client requirements for business strategy refinement.Key Skillsets- Proven track record in corporate sales within the insurance broking industry.- Strong networking and relationship management skills.- Deep understanding of corporate sales strategy, market dynamics, and customer behavior.- Target-oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed business goals.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.- Proficiency in business communication and technology tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.).- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with adaptability to changing business environments.- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ISMS preferred.Education & Experience- Master's/Bachelors degree (mandatory); insurance qualification preferred.- 1018 years of direct corporate sales experience in insurance broking or related sectors.
