Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency . The ideal candidate must be proficient in both static and motion graphics, and should have a keen eye for branding, digital storytelling, and social media design. This is a full-time in-office role based in Whitefield, Bangalore .

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute design projects across digital platforms—social media, display ads, emailers, landing pages, and web
  • Design scroll-stopping creatives that align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and platform trends
  • Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and digital strategists to bring campaigns to life
  • Maintain and evolve visual identity across multiple brands with consistency and creativity
  • Develop storyboards, design mood boards, and support in video editing and motion graphics (basic animations)
  • Work on branding projects including logos, brand kits, packaging mocks, and pitch decks
  • Ensure quality control across all design output and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews, and client discussions as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, platform updates, and digital aesthetics
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working exclusively in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or other design collaboration tools is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding work, and campaign assets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, formats, and creative best practices
  • Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and excellent typography skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain design choices to internal teams and clients
