Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin and Customer Support position at Right Living (Bangalore) - Anupama Menon. The role involves managing administrative tasks, handling customer queries and support, coordinating with clients, and maintaining records. The candidate will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and ensuring overall office organization. This role is located in Bangalore, India. The candidate will be working directly with Anupama Menon and her immediate team.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills, including scheduling, maintaining records, and managing correspondence
  • Customer Support skills involving handling queries, providing assistance, and coordinating with clients
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
