This is a freelance, non-exclusive arrangement — flexible hours, no location constraints, and unlimited earning potential based on results.Key Responsibilities• Generate and qualify new leads• Pitch Vortex Studios’ services to potential clients• Coordinate with the internal team for pricing approval before sharing quotes• Facilitate smooth communication until the project is confirmed and the first payment is receivedCompensationThis is a commission-based role with:• Commission on each confirmed project• Commission applies to the first project with a new client brought in by you• Repeat business from the same client is not commission-eligible unless you reopen and convert a new scope of workWhat We’re Looking For• Experience in sales, business development, or agency work (preferred)• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Ability to understand client needs and match them with our services• Self-driven personality with a results-oriented approachPerks• Fully remote and flexible work structure• Unlimited commission earning potential• Freedom to work with other clients/companies (non-exclusive)• Access to sales materials, showreels, and pitch support from our core teamIf you’re eager to grow your income through performance-driven sales and want to work with a dynamic creative studio, we’d love to hear from you.To Apply:Send in your resume or portfolio of past sales work to careers@vortexstudios.in
