Motion and Visual Effects LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Motion and Visual Effects Lead to join our team. This role combines creative vision with technical expertise, ensuring the delivery of high-end motion graphics, CGI, and post-production projects.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale. They will be responsible for driving excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Motion and Post-Production Leadership: Oversee the entire motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Creative and Technical Execution: Be hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools (After Effects, Nuke, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Flame).Team Development and Capability Growth: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.Requirements:Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame for compositing, and DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience in leading teams delivering high-end motion graphics and post-production projects.Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with talented professionals.Professional growth and development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in studio setup, pipeline design, and workflow automation for motion/VFX.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation.About Us:We are an equal opportunity employer committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
